Pelor provides residential and commercial outdoor services including but not limited to landscaping, maintenance, irrigation, tree trimming/removal, pressure washing, and related services. Service details, pricing, and scope are outlined in written estimates, proposals, or service agreements provided to the customer.

Estimates are valid for the time period stated on the estimate. Work will not begin until approval is received.

3. Scheduling & Access

Customers agree to provide reasonable access to the property during scheduled service windows. Delays caused by restricted access, pets, vehicles, locked gates, or hazards may result in rescheduling or additional charges.

Weather conditions may require schedule adjustments for safety or quality reasons.

4. Payments

Payment terms will be specified in your estimate, invoice, or service agreement. Failure to pay invoices may result in service suspension and collection action where permitted by law.

Late fees may apply as permitted by applicable law and outlined in your service agreement.

5. Property Conditions

Customers are responsible for identifying underground utilities, private lines, invisible fences, irrigation wiring, or other concealed hazards prior to work. Pelor is not liable for damage to undisclosed underground systems or improperly installed features.

6. Limitation of Liability

Pelor will perform services in a professional manner consistent with industry standards. However, landscaping and outdoor work involve natural elements beyond our control including weather, soil conditions, pests, disease, and pre-existing plant stress.

We are not responsible for plant loss due to environmental conditions, freeze damage, drought, disease, irrigation failures outside our scope, or acts of nature unless explicitly covered in a written warranty agreement.
